Walk With Me

10-song CD

Ms. Berry’s voice is heard to evincing effect on numbers such as the lovely “Walk With Me” and the mesmeric “The One I’ve Waited For,” and fans of Van Morrison’s Astral Weeks will find a great deal to like in these particular compositions. Otherwise, overall this seems a largely anodyne collection of sometimes overly solipsistic confessional songs and character pieces, though never less than competently executed. Her compositions are often jazzy and melodic in a restrained fashion, which is seldom the cause of any undue offense, yet also all too seldom evocative of any particular sense of wonder. (Francis DiMenno)

From the very first time I heard Chelsea Berry’s song  ” The One I’ve Waited For”  I said this should be number one on the charts. It is number one in my mind along with ” Walk With Me”.  Being a romantic I can easily get caught up in her music. Chelsea’s songs hit home in many ways and I am sure once you have listened to them you  will certainly agree. Check out the links to get a taste of Chelsea’s music.

Toni Ann Enes:

Toni Ann is a local musician who has played the North Shore for 30 years.  In 2002 she released a debut CD colaborateing together with her life long friend David Brown.  Her favorite format is a combination of acoustic covers and original  music accompanied by her guitar partiner Dave Keon who performs with numerous local bands adding his unmistakable guitar signature.  To categorize the duo’s sound would be a groove similar to Sade and finger picking style of Lindsey Buckingham lending itself to Fleetwood Mac selections, 80’s Classics and current releases such as John Meyer.  The duo offers a little bit for everyone

Friday September 17
Inge Berge:
Inge Berge writes and performs interesting, catchy, unique, genre-bending originals as well as carefully chosen rock, americana and country covers songs  The sound is song-oriented, adult alternative rock sprinkled with elements of ambient, electronica and psychedelia. Influences include David Bowie, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, The Velvet Underground and Bob Dylan. He has played several hundred venues around the world, from Japan to Europe to Gloucester, MA; from tiny bars to stadiums and theaters. Check out more at

As seen on GoodMorningGloucester

Roaring Mary, a Celtic music trio with guest musicians who appear at the Pleasant St. Tea Co. on the first, third, and (when applicable) fifth Fridays of every month, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Roaring Mary consists of Lin Swicker on guitar, banjo, and mandolin, Steve Levy on banjo, guitar, and mandolin, and vocals, and David de la Barre on whistle, Scottish small pipes, concertina and vocals. They do traditional music from the British Isles–Scotland, Ireland, Britain, and Wales. Invited guests join them each time for additional tunes and songs. They have a Facebook page, Roaring Mary, with graphics etc.

It’s a great time and very cool for kids as well as adults in a venue that is not a bar, appropriate for all ages. Hope to see you there!

Thanks for all you do here Joey, it’s a great website!!
