FRIDAY 9 to midnight – Celebrate the unofficial summertime homecoming and get ready for the 4th with party covers by Just Like Newman. SATURDAY 9am – We’re open early for your pre-parade celebrations. Join us for Mimosas made with our fresh squeezed orange juice or a Bloody Mary prepared with our homemade Bloody Mary mix! 9 to midnight – Steve Caraway entertains with an endless catalog of your favorite popular and obscure covers along with some originals. Steve always welcomes requests and he’s a difficult musician to stump! Take your best shot. SUNDAY 11am to 2pm – Recover from your 4th of July fun by joining us for brunch! 5:30 to 8:30pm – Our popular Celtic Music Session featuring Michael O’Leary with Jen & Bob Strom takes place upstairs. Reservations suggested. 7 to 10pm – Andrew James entertains in the pub. Becoming more and more popular each week, Andrew’s smooth vocals and guitar style are the perfect companions for wrapping up your Sunday Funday.

GYPSY LUMBERJACKS are a Minneapolis based Americana band with a sound consisting of a mix of World Beat, Flamenco, Caribbean, Gypsy Jazz and Bluegrass. With such a range of influences, there is something for everyone to latch on to in the music. Known for never performing with a set list, Gypsy Lumberjacks prefer to rely on each other’s leads and changes. This isn’t to say that the songs fall into a set pattern. The Lumberjacks rarely play a song the exact same way twice or in the same order. Even after touring relentlessly for six years now, the older songs are still evolving and finding new life any given night they are performed. Not to mention that new songs are consistently being introduced into the repertoire (which now boasts nearly four hours of original music and countless covers).

Craig Bickhardt and Jack Sundrud of Idlewheel do it all with a wry nonchalance that belies their uncommon craftsmanship. These guys know the high road of country rock better than most. Their credits are solid and sterling. Bickhardt was a member of renowned Nashville group SKB that enjoyed country radio success with hits that included Bickhardt and Schuyler’s This Old House. He has also penned songs for Johnny Cash, Ray Charles, Martina McBride, and B. B. King, and wrote and sang the closing theme for Robert Duvall’s Academy Award winning film Tender Mercies. Sundrud cracked the charts with Great Plains (Sony Records) and now plays bass in the pioneering country rock group Poco, whose 40-year roster reads like a who’s who in the genre. His songs have been recorded by Kenny Rogers, The Judds, The Persuasions and others. Together, Craig and Jack wrote Ty Herndon’s mega hit It Must Be Love. Rockport native Larry Ahearn opens.
