The next Cape Ann Contra Dance will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Magnolia Library Community Center, 1 Lexington Avenue, Gloucester, MA
No experience is necessary to enjoy Cape Ann Contras. All dances are taught. Dancers of all ages are welcome; attendees range from eight years to 80 plus years! Live music is provided by the Cape Ann Contra Band and Friends.
There is a requested donation of $10 per dancer, dancers younger than 16 are free. Sit-in musicians are also welcome. We ask sit-ins to make a donation as well to help with the overhead.

Hopefully I’ll get him to sneak in some of his self-penned doozies between the really cool blues he’s known for.
