Friends, neighbors, music lovers and musicians, one of our brothers in music has fallen – literally. As most of us know, Inge Berge busted himself up pretty good while hiking last week. Consequently, he’s laid up for several weeks, and out of work. It’s up to us to give him a leg up again, literally. So here’s the plan – We, his fellow musicians and family, are planning a benefit tailgate party to kick off The Patriots Game at Katrina’s on Sunday, the 27th, to help him get back up on his feet again. This ain’t charity, rather gratitude for all he’s given us over the years. So here’s the deal – We’ll be getting together at Katrina’s at 3 o’clock to help him out with music and love. Katrina’s incomparable kitchen will be preparing a sumptuous halftime buffet. The second half of the game we will turn on the volume and enjoy the game. We suggest a $15 donation, but whatever else you can do is cool too. If you’ve already donated, swing by anyway, and share the love. We are Gloucester. We are One!
Musical guests: Chelsea Berry, John Jerome, Geoff Small, Sasquatch,
Chris Fritz-Grice, Allen Estes, ToniAnn and hopefully Inge will do a few songs

Thanksgiving Eve at the Rhumb Line is probably the most festive

sets the mood for the holidays. Always a big night, I’d plan on
getting there early. Grab a seat. Order dinner. Have a blast!
My good friend Orville Giddings has something special lined up

of being there, I wish to thank Allen Estes and all those who attended
my return last week. It was a special night, and it meant the world!

We’re heeding the call of nature this week with the load-binding macerations of what I refer to as “The Three Stooges”. This clinically approved combination of secret ingredients has been shown to be effective at controlling guffaws, weals, spooge, and uncontrollable spasmodics on the dance floor.
First, there’s Eddie Scheer, everybody’s favorite singing drummer and vocalist. Match him up with Ricky “King” Russell on gootar and vocals, and former teen idol Mr. Mario Perrett on sax and vocals and you have one of my all time favorite musical combinations ever. These guys always rip it up and keep me in stitches! hope to see ya then!

Monday Night Open Jam – 9:30 ~ Joe Wilkins
Tuesday- 9:30 ~ Joe Wilkins Funk Du Juor
Wednesdays with Fly Amero- 7-10pm ~Brady Royds with Jake Pardee
Great new talent for ya this Thursday. Mr. Daryll Nulisch, world travelled harmonicat and soloist of the gods is coming in to the Rhummie Thursday night, thanks to Mr. Matt Stubbs, who urged me to get Daryll to join in. Google this guy, I’m tired of gushing! And, as you know, Matt is no slouch in the gootar, either. Not only that, but Mr. Chris Rivelli, of Broomful ‘O Blooze fame is coming to beat the skins. This is how it works for me: you meet one great musician, and he/she/it introduces another one and another one and so on and so forth, etc.,etc. If you miss this night, please don’t kill yourself; he’ll be back. Unless trump wins, in which case we’ll all kill ourselves!

Way Up South
November 12 @ 8:00 am – 11:00 pm
Southern Rock
Way Up South is a northern band with deep southern rock roots. Way Up South’s music goes in directions and to places beyond the Southern Rock or Jam Band genres, and has earned them the right to call their music “Big Sky” sound, incorporating a maturity and musicianship that weaves in and out of southern, blues, country, jazz, and Americana rock songs with precision and finesse that still retains the loose spacey qualities that are the hallmark of improvisational rock.
